 Self-Directed Education For Creative Spirits Ever wish you could get credit for the work you do out of class, or decide what you'll study every day? Students in our progressive education program have written novels, built homesteads and started local businesses, created beautiful paintings and sculptures, composed wild orchestral music, undertaken humanitarian projects--even sewn quilts based on geometric designs to fulfill math requirements. The Progressive Program is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated students to follow their passions through an academically rigorous program. It's a chance for students to find motivation by undertaking a project of their own design, and pursuing it intensively with the help of one-on-one work with faculty, peer reviews, and narrative (in addition to letter-grade) evaluations.
