Enrolled Student Checklist
Once you have enrolled, the Office of Student Life will help you settle into your new surroundings at Green Mountain. The necessary forms will be mailed to you after your enrollment. Be sure to send in all your forms promptly.
- Register for Classes
- Fill out Housing Preference Survey
- Sign Your Housing Contract
- Complete Health History Form
- Complete Physical Exam
- Register for Wilderness Challenge and New Student Orientation
- Select a Meal Plan
- Register Your Car
- Make Sure Your Computer is Compatible
- Emergency Contact Information for Varsity Athletes
- Self-Disclosure for Students With Disabilities (Optional)
- Sign and Return All Financial Aid Forms and Documents
- Read Enrolled Student Handbook (download)
