For Transfer Students
How to Apply | Requirements | Deadlines | Credit Transfer
When reviewing applications, the Office of Admissions staff is looking for students
who are ready to succeed, ready for new challenges, and who want to contribute to our community. There is no "silver bullet" or test score that will
guarantee your admission to Green Mountain College. There is also no test score
or grade that will guarantee you rejection. Our decision will be based on your complete application.
The best advice for an applicant is, be yourself. Be honest and be open. What do you want to contribute to Green Mountain College? What are your talents in the classroom, in the laboratory, with the pen or paintbrush, or on the playing field? Make sure that your application tells us who you really are.
The admissions process at Green Mountain College is designed to be user friendly.
Selecting a college is a major decision in your life -- there is no sense in
hassling you with red tape. Remember that as you move along through the application,
we are here to help every step of the way.
How to Apply
Applicants are encouraged to apply online.
Green Mountain College is a member of The Common Application. We accept both the paper and electronic applications. The application fee is waived if you submit the electronic application.
You may also apply online through
our web site. The application fee will be waived if you submit your application
online.
If you prefer to mail your application in, you may download the PDF application here. A $30 application fee will be charged. If you wish to request a fee waiver, please contact the Office of Admissions.
